Tickets are available for purchase via Ticketek, unless sold out. Get in quick to secure the best seats.

Alternatively, you can visit the Box Office on game day. The Box Office is located next to the Gate 6 entrance and is open 1.5 hours before tip off. Tickets are subject to availability and may sell out prior to game day.

If you are no longer able to attend or need to sell your ticket, selling on Ticketek Marketplace is the recommended secure option.
Please do not purchase Melbourne United tickets from third party platforms other than Ticketek or Ticketek Marketplace.

The John Cain Arena doors open 1.5 hours prior to tip off for all home games.

Pre-game, on-court entertainment commences 15 minutes prior to tip off. Be sure to get to your seat early to avoid missing out on the fun.

Our games run for approximately 2 hours.

TIMES

John Cain Arena is located on Olympic Boulevard, Melbourne.

The closest tram stop is via tram 70 or 75. Richmond station is a 12-minute walk from the arena.

Parking is available at the arena until sold out. Please seek alternate parking locations or use public transport to get to the game if parking is sold out online.

GETTING THERE

Members can access home games via your physical or digital Member card within the Melbourne United app. 
Your physical card will be posted to you along with a lanyard and other Member pack items. 

The digital card can be accessed via the latest version of the Melbourne United app. Be sure to download the app and log in to your account prior to arriving at the arena on game day. 

If you have any problems with your Member card please visit our Membership team at the Box Office located next to the Gate 6 entrance.

MEMBERSHIPS

Children under the age of 4 years old are permitted into the venue without a ticket as long as they are able to sit on your lap and do not occupy a seat during the game.

CHILDREN UNDER 4

Fans should read John Cain Arena's 'Conditions of Entry' prior to attending a Melbourne United home game. All guests are subject to ticket checks, bag searches and security screening upon entry.

Any item of bag that is too large to fit under a seat must not be brought into the venue and a limit of one bag per person applies. 

Laptops and tablets are not permitted. Cloaking is permitted but responsibility of these items is your own.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

There are food and beverage outlets throughout John Cain Arena. Please note John Cain Arena operates as a cashless venue.

Fans can bring a bottle of water provided it is 600ml or less. A small amount of food is also permitted.

No BYO alcohol is permitted as the arena is a fully licensed venue.

John Cain Arena has public, free WiFi. To log in simply select the free WiFi option and enter your email address.

The Melbourne United merchandise stores is located in the south concourse of John Cain Arena.

Members can redeem 10% off merchandise by showing your physical or digital Member cards. Premium Members have a $50 voucher to spend at our Game Day stores.

There are pre-game activities for all ages at every Melbourne United home game, both outside and inside.
Arrive early to enjoy these activities.

GAME DAY ACTIVITIES

Melbourne United Members are invited to attend a post-game function after every home game.
Head to Door 3 at the end of the game. Functions run for approximately 1 hour.

Courtside seat and box ticket holders with Melbourne Lounge access can return to their lounge for a 30 minute post-game function and Champions Lounge ticket holders can attend a post-game function below the stands at court level. Look for the Champions Lounge signage at the southern end of the court.

Melbourne United expect all Members and fans to act in accordance to our family-friendly culture and abide by a Code of Conduct at all times.

Anti-social behaviour, inclusive of excessive consumption of alcohol, racial taunts, violent behaviour, bad language or inappropriate gestures will not be tolerated at any time during our home games.

Melbourne United reserves the right to terminate Memberships without refund should a Member display anti-social behaviour.
