I am delighted to welcome NBL players, officials and fans to Bendigo.
As Melbourne United takes on the Cairns Taipans on 7 January and the Brisbane Bullets on 21 January, thousands of fans will take in the action on and off the court.
The Victorian Government is proud to support these NBL games through our Regional Events Fund, which helps attract visitors to our regions, promotes our vibrant tourism sector and supports local businesses and communities.
These games will showcase the best of the city to an audience from across Australia. It also provides a big boost for the local economy – because visitors flock to the region’s hotels, restaurants, bars and cafes.

Play on the same court as the NBL stars and have some fun with an introductory level shooting and ball handling clinic before the game.
Clinics are open to all children, of all abilities, aged from 6 - 12 years. Places are strictly limited. Registrations are now open:
